I know we only had a few planning to attend Wauconda back in March when we plotted our schedule, if you are one of them or have since decided to go, can you please respond to this post? Trying to get a feel for what we have for crew at the event!

Thanks

clean Up Day April 20 or plan C

This is our last chance to get things done.
even if the weather is bad we still need to load back onto the trailer.
We now have the formula for Paulson Bros. paint. but we also just bought a qrt. of the paint we have been using.
It would make the most sense to paint the wheel this year then repaint everything next year.

Christmas in July

I know this is a bit late in coming but I wanted to toss out a reminder about the Battery Christmas Party at Potter this weekend. I know there is a dance Saturday night so I'm thinkin' maybe dinner around 5 so we have time to "party" for a while before it starts in case people want to participate in both?

I'm pondering a Christmas ham and beans for dinner that night along with a pie or two. If everyone would bring their favorite holiday dish to share we can make a darn fine meal of it.

Any other thoughts on the party, please share!

Anyone wanna camp out in our back yard?

The tents are up- just need people to fill 'em!  This is, of course, the end result of the rain in Gettysburg and the storm that blew through the Milwaukee area last night... Lots of wet canvas. So we're all set for the first annual Battle of Port Washington...  More pictures from the event to follow.

Camp Layout

We received an e-mail last night with the approximate layout for Artillery camp. I'm attaching the map with our areas of camp high lighted. Unfortunately we're a bit spread out but I'm choosing to look at that as an opportunity for better mingling!
