I know this is a bit late in coming but I wanted to toss out a reminder about the Battery Christmas Party at Potter this weekend. I know there is a dance Saturday night so I'm thinkin' maybe dinner around 5 so we have time to "party" for a while before it starts in case people want to participate in both?
I'm pondering a Christmas ham and beans for dinner that night along with a pie or two. If everyone would bring their favorite holiday dish to share we can make a darn fine meal of it.
Any other thoughts on the party, please share!

So does the dish to pass have to be "period" appropriate? Just wondering...
Will be bringin' the kids. Testing the waters to see how the almost 2 year old handles things. Anna (6) is excited. She can't wait to wear her dress. Not so sure about Jack. We'll see you all at Potter! Will be nice to touch base with the battery again after many years off the circuit.
Dish to pass does not need to be period. Just nummy!
Dick and I plan to bring our 14 X 16' tent top and 36' of tables and a few Christmas tablecloths.
Everyone needs to bring their own chair to sit on. We have a few Coleman lanterns we can light if we party into the night.
